Lost Cards

Lost PC Cards should be suspended immediately through the Online Card Office, preventing any unauthorized use of the card.

  • Simply log into the Online Card Office, choose Card Services from the menu bar, and then choose Deactivate Card.
  • If you happen to find your last card after deactivating it, you can return to the Online Card Office and choose Activate card to reactivate it. This will only reactivate your last active card. It will not reactivate cards that were already replaced.

How to Replace a Lost Card

The replacement fee for lost cards is $20. Students may request a replacement card by:

  1. Mobile Ordering: Order a new card using the Mobile Ordering App to have your card ready when you arrive at the Card Office. The Mobile Ordering App accepts PC Cash, credit and debit.
  2. Email: If you have PC Cash available, you may email the Card Office requesting to have a replacement card printed, indicating to charge your PC Cash account. You may then pick up the replacement card during regular business hours.
  3. In person: Visit the Card Office and request a new card. A new card will be printed during your visit. Payment methods accepted at the Card Office include cash, check, PC Cash, credit/debit and Apple Pay.

Abnormally Damaged Cards

Broken, bent, abnormally scratched and worn cards can be replaced for $5.00. This is only available for the last active card. Bring your card to the Card Office so that we may determine whether the card has unusual damage.

Normal Wear and Tear

There is no charge for cards that are damaged due to normal wear and tear.

What to do if you found someone else’s PC Card:
